Welcome to GetCleanDrop, a service provided by Kazi Digital ("we," "us," or "our"). 1. Custom Nature of Service

All products created and provided by GetCleanDrop are custom-made specifically for each client based on the logo and specifications provided by the client. As a custom service, our products are tailored to your unique requirements, and as such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Orders and Payment

When placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including your email address and payment method, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our Service, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, you may not cancel or modify the order, except as provided in these Terms. Please ensure that all information and specifications provided are correct before finalizing your order.

4. Delivery of Service

We will deliver the custom video call backdrop to you electronically within the time frame specified during the order process. We are not responsible for delays caused by issues outside of our control, including but not limited to technical difficulties, internet outages, or issues with third-party providers.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including logos, designs, graphics, and text, created by Kazi Digital as part of the GetCleanDrop Service, remains the intellectual property of Kazi Digital. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the custom backdrop for your personal or business use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the custom backdrops without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kazi Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or these Terms.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the Service.
